Three steps to get a medical cannabis card in Hawai‘i


Talk to your physician

Schedule your appointment with a physician or advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) to certify that you have a qualifying medical condition.



Create a free account, register with the Department of Health’s  Medical Marijuana Registry Program and pay the registration fee.


go to your appointment

Go to your scheduled appointment with your physician or APRN. They will complete the rest of your application and submit it to the DOH. 


Hawaiian Ethos is now allowed to serve out-of-state medical cannabis patients.
